QCS customers with a registered account enjoy online ordering, package tracking and account management services. With an account, you can also download the QCS “SmartTrak” icon to access your online system from your computer desktop without using your Customer ID and password.

Set Up Online Ordering & Tracking

If you currently have a QCS account you can set up online ordering and tracking by visiting the following web page:

To set up your online account, you will need your Customer ID. If you do not have a Customer ID or don’t know what it is, please call 866-940-0845.

Download QCS SmartTrack

For our clients who are registered to use the Online Ordering & Tracking system, you’re ready to download our QCS SmartTrack icon to your desktop. “SmartTrack” allows you to quickly access your online system without having to enter your Customer ID and password. Just ONE click and you’re in!



For those clients who already have an Online Ordering & Tracking account, simply follow the steps below to download “SmartTrack” to your desktop.

Steps to download QCS “SmartTrack”:

  1. Click here to download the icon.
  2. Click “Run” on the new window that appears.
  3. Click “Run” again.
  4. Click “Next”.
  5. Enter your Customer ID and password. If you forgot your password, click here to retrieve it.
  6. Click “Next”
  7. Select “I accept the agreement”.
  8. Click “Next”
  9. Click “Finish”
  10. You will now be logged directly into your online ordering screen.
